Head Cook meeting will be at 7:30 am on June 28th
Cooks are to prepare and cook barbecue in a sanitary manner as possible. Cooking conditions are subject to inspection by Fire-Rescue Staff, DHEC & Local Fire Marshal. Conditions found to be unsanitary will be grounds for disqualification from this cook-off.
All teams must have at least ONE fire extinguisher on site.
Contestant’s space will be available for each team. There is no electricity available at these spots. All cooking facilities, rigs, props or show articles must fit within your team’s contest space.
